How to use

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Let infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups per day.

Ingredients

Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) 30.5%; coriander (Coriandrum sativum) 30.5%; chamomile (Matricaria recutita) 30.5%; verbena (Lippia citriodora) 6.5%; liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 2%.
