How to use

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Let infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups per day.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) 50%; ginger (Zingiber officinale) 17%; cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) 13%; cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) 7%; black tea (Camellia sinensis) 7%; cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) 3%; black pepper (Piper nigrum) 3%.
