How to use
Take 2 capsules per day in the morning, with plenty of water.

Carob gum (Ceratonia siliqua); konjac extract (Amorphophallus konjac); vegetable capsule (cellulose-derived); maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; mineral: chromium picolinate.
