Put 1 sachet in a glass and pour in cool water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavor and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.

3 cups per day.

For all-day pleasure, infuse 2 sachets in a liter of water. Add ice cubes for extra freshness.
