Vitamin B6: 1.4 mg (100% NRV*)

Magnesium: 187.5 mg (50% NRV*)

Rhodiola extract : 95 mg

Saffron extract: 30 mg

Ingredients:

Minéral : oxyde de magnésium ; extrait de rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) ; gélule d'origine végétale (dérivé de cellulose) ; extrait de safran (Crocus sativus) ; anti-agglomérant : sels de magnésium d'acides gras ; vitamine B6.

1 capsule per day in the morning, to swallow with a glass of water.
