How to use
Place 1 teabag in a glass and pour in simmering water. Let it steep for 5 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavor and up to 7 minutes depending on the desired intensity.

ORGANIC sweet mint 31% (mentha spicata); ORGANIC verbena 24% (Lippia citriodora); ORGANIC sweet fennel 22% (Foeniculum vulgare); ORGANIC green anise 17% (Pimpinella anisum); ORGANIC mint extract 6% (Mentha piperita).
