How to use
Place 1 teabag in a glass and pour in simmering water. Let it steep for 5 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavor and up to 7 minutes depending on the desired intensity.

50% ORGANIC fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum); 39% ORGANIC fair-trade green tea* (Camellia sinensis); 11% ORGANIC chicory (Cichorium intybus).
