- Vitamin C: 80 mg (100% VNR*)

- Vitamin B2: 1.4 mg (100% VNR*)

- Vitamin B12: 2.5 µg (100% VNR*)

- Iron: 7 mg (50% VNR*)

Bulking agent: sorbitol; vitamin C ; stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; guarana extract ( Paullinia cupana ); kola extract ( Cola nitida ); caffeine; mineral: iron bisglycinate; ginger extract ( Zingiber officinale ); ginseng extract ( Panax ginseng ); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamins: B12 and B2.

1 tablet per day in the morning, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
