Ingredients:

Bulking agent: sorbitol; stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; extract of chamomile (Matricaria recutita); extract of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata); extract of eschscholzia (Eschscholzia californica); film-coating agents: cellulose derivative, polydextrose, talc, maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coloring agent: copper complexes of chlorophyllins; melatonin; vitamin B6.

1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.
