Freeze-dried royal jelly; complex of microorganisms: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium breve ; capsule of vegetable origin (derived from cellulose); vitamin C ; bulking agent: cellulose; maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates; vitamin D.

This product contains traces of wheat , soy and milk.

1 capsule per day in the morning, to be swallowed with a glass of water.;
