Whether in times of intense professional activity, in the event of stress or fairly dense activity, it is important to take time to unwind, to relax. This infusion combines:

• lavender and poppy which are used to reduce tension and contribute to relaxation in times of stress

• hops which have a relaxing effect, conducive to quality sleep • linden sapwood and linden which contribute to the taste of the infusion.

Ingredients:

Lavande* (Lavandula angustifolia) ; aubier de tilleul* (Tilia cordata) ; tilleul* (Tilia cordata) ; houblon* (Humulus lupulus) ; coquelicot* (Papaver rhoeas).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.
