Running, walking, cooking... In each of our daily actions and throughout our lives, our joints are called upon. Their role is essential in the mobility of our body and it is important to preserve them. This infusion combines:

• Blackcurrant , which helps maintain the joints. It also promotes flexibility and facilitates joint mobility.

• Cinnamon , which thanks to its antioxidant properties, protects the body's cells.

• Nettle , dandelion and juniper judiciously complete this formula.

Ingredients:

Cassis* (Ribes nigrum) ; ortie* (Urtica dioica) ; cannelle* (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) ; pissenlit* (Taraxacum officinale) ; genièvre* (Juniperus communis).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.
