Excessive diet, sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activity, heat… So many factors that can influence blood circulation, especially in the legs. This infusion combines:

• Bilberry , which helps maintain a feeling of light legs by promoting microcirculation.

• Nettle , which completes the action of blueberries on the circulatory system, for even more lightness.

• The red vine completes the formula

• Orange and cinnamon bring their delicate and harmonious notes, for a tasty break.

Ingredients:

Myrtille* (Vaccinium myrtillus), orange* (Citrus aurantium), ortie* (Urtica dioica), cannelle* (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), vigne rouge* (Vitis vinifera).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 to 3 cups per day.
