The Cranberry owes its name to the first European settlers who settled in 1620 on the east coast of North America. "Crane Berry" means "ibis berry" and reminds us that the flower of the berry resembles the head of an ibis.

A small red berry belonging to the blueberry family, the cranberry (in French) had already won its letters of nobility with the Indians and is continuing its success in the rest of the world thanks to its precious taste qualities.

Nettle , burdock and dandelion promote the natural process of renal elimination of water.

Ingredients:

Canneberge* (Vaccinium macrocarpon) ; ortie* (Urtica dioica) ; bardane* (Arctium lappa) ; hibiscus* (Hibiscus sabdariffa) ; camomille* (Matricaria recutita) ; pissenlit* (Taraxacum officinale).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.
