Winter and its frost can sometimes put the body to the test. It is good to support its defenses at the first signs of cooling. This infusion combines:

• Thyme , traditionally used for its soothing properties on the upper respiratory tract. It helps in particular to relieve the throat.

• Cinnamon , thanks to its properties, facilitates respiratory well-being

• Licorice helps support the immune system and promotes respiratory well-being

• Rosehip , peppermint and pine bud complete the formula and bring a sweet and pleasant flavor.

Ingredients:

Thym (Thymus vulgaris) 34%, cynorrhodon (Rosa canina) 21%, cannelle (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) 17%, menthe poivrée (Mentha piperita) 15%, réglisse (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 10%, bourgeon de pin (Pinus sylvestris) 3%.

100% des ingrédients sont issus de l’Agriculture Biologique.

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups a day.

People with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption (licorice)
