Whether after a heavy meal or during changes in your diet, difficult digestion can affect your well-being and generate a feeling of discomfort. This infusion combines:

• coriander which helps maintain good digestion.

• fennel which helps to limit intestinal gas and also fights against feelings of discomfort.

• the natural taste of chamomile , verbena and liquorice make this infusion a moment of pleasure.

Ingredients:

Fenouil* (Foeniculum vulgare) ; coriandre* (Coriandrum sativum) ; camomille* (Matricaria recutita) ; verveine* (Lippia citriodora) ; réglisse* (Glycyrrhiza glabra).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups a day.
