Whether it is to relieve bloating or the feelings of discomfort associated with it, it is important to take care of your digestive health. This infusion combines:

• rosemary and chicory which support liver function and protect the liver.

• peppermint which contributes to the normal functioning of the intestine.

• green anise which helps to limit the fermentations that generate bloating.

• liquorice which completes the formula.

Ingredients:

Romarin* (Rosmarinus officinalis) ; anis vert* (Pimpinella anisum) ; menthe poivrée* (Mentha piperita) ; réglisse* (Glycyrrhiza glabra) ; chicorée* (Cichorium intybus)

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.
