This infusion combines plants, to support the search for this balance:

• Fenugreek helps maintain normal sugar metabolism, and therefore blood sugar

• Burdock , olive , blueberry and eucalyptus ideally complete this formula

Ingredients:

Myrtille* (Vaccinium myrtillus) ; fenugrec* (Trigonella foenum-graecum) ; eucalyptus* (Eucalyptus globulus) ; bardane* (Arctium lappa) ; olivier* (Olea europaea).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups per day, in addition to a specific and adapted diet.
