The overconsumption of foods rich in sugars is rooted in our habits. To preserve your health and seek to rebalance your body, practices are to be encouraged: an appropriate diet, regular physical activity, etc.

This infusion combines plants, to support the search for this balance:

• Fenugreek helps maintain normal sugar metabolism, and therefore blood sugar

• Burdock , olive , blueberry and eucalyptus ideally complete this formula

Ingredients:

Myrtille (Vaccinium myrtillus) 50 %, fenugrec (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 25 %, eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) 10 %, bardane (Arctium lappa) 10 %, olivier (Olea europaea) 5 %.

100 % des ingrédients sont issus de l’Agriculture Biologique.

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups per day, in addition to a specific and adapted diet.
