Mineral: magnesium oxide; vitamin C ; capsule of vegetable origin (derived from cellulose); mineral: iron pyrophosphate; maltodextrin; vitamins: E, B3, B5; minerals: manganese sulphate, zinc oxide, copper citrate, sodium molybdate, chromium chloride; vitamins: A, B12, D, B6, B2, B1, B9, B8; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Ingredients:

Vitamine C ; minéral : oxyde de magnésium ; gélule d'origine végétale (dérivé de cellulose) ; vitamine E ; minéral : pyrophosphate de fer ; vitamines : B3, B5, A ; maltodextrine ; minéraux : oxyde de zinc, sulfate de manganèse, citrate de cuivre, picolinate de chrome, molybdate de sodium ; vitamines : B12, D, B6, B2, B1, B9 , B8 ; anti-agglomérant : sels de magnésium d'acides gras.

1 capsule per day in the morning, to be swallowed with a glass of water.
