Green tea is an unfermented tea whose leaves, simply dried, have different virtues.

Green tea notably promotes the burning and destocking of fat.
It has a detoxifying role by helping to eliminate water and toxins stored in the body.
Finally, green tea protects cells against oxidative stress thanks to its high concentration of antioxidants.

Mint and cardamom help maintain good digestion.

Ingredients:

Thé vert* (Camellia sinensis) ; menthe poivrée* (Mentha piperita) ; cardamome* (Elettaria cardamomum).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups a day.
