How to use
1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Bulking agent: sorbitol; stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; chamomile extract (Matricaria recutita); passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata); California poppy extract (Eschscholzia californica); coating agents: cellulose derivative, polydextrose, talc, maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coloring: copper complexes of chlorophyllins; melatonin; vitamin B6.
