How to use
2 capsules per day in the morning, at mealtime, to be swallowed with a glass of water.

Maltodextrin; probiotic complex: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium lactis; chicory extract (Cichorium intybus); vegetable capsule (cellulose derivative); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, calcium carbonate.
