Description
The infusion PRÉPARATION POUR GROG BIO BIOCONSEILS is the ideal drink for winter, combining spices, lemon and hints of honey for a warm, aromatic blend.
This infusion combines ginger, known to help maintain the immune system, with cinnamon to help strengthen the body. Add 1 spoonful of honey, 1/2 squeezed lemon and 1 spoonful of amber rum to make your own grog.

How to use
Place a sachet in a glass or cup (1 sachet for 150 ml). Pour simmering water over the sachet and let it infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Add, according to your taste, 1 spoonful of honey, 1/2 squeezed lemon, and 1 spoonful of amber rum.
