Whether as part of body detoxification or drainage, it is important to maintain normal urinary function. This infusion combines:

• ash , hibiscus and burdock which contribute to normal urinary elimination functions.

• dandelion which contributes to urinary comfort.

• the nettle which completes this formula.

Ingredients:

Frêne* (Fraxinus excelsior) ; hibiscus* (Hibiscus sabdariffa) ; ortie* (Urtica dioica) ; pissenlit* (Taraxacum officinale) ; bardane* (Articum lappa).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.
