Whether it is to remedy overwork, stress or a rather dense activity, it is important to take time to relax, to relax. This infusion combines:

• lemon balm which has relaxing properties, thus promoting the onset of sleep.

• chamomile , verbena , marjoram and orange leaf complete the formula to provide a pleasant taste.

Ingredients:

Mélisse* (Melissa officinalis) ; camomille matricaire* (Matricaria recutita) ; verveine odorante* (Lippia citriodora) ; marjolaine* (Origanum majorana) ; oranger* (Citrus bigaradia).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.
