Thé vert* (Camellia sinensis) ; menthe marocaine* (Mentha spicata) ; extrait de menthe* (extrait de chicorée*, inuline*, Mentha piperita*).

Put 1 sachet in a glass and pour fresh water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavor and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
