This Sleep infusion combines:

• Verbena : a plant recognized for its virtues, it prepares the body for rest: it facilitates relaxation and calming by helping to reduce tension and restlessness. It promotes relaxation and serenity.

• Marjoram : it facilitates digestion and provides a feeling of lightness before nightfall, conducive to falling asleep.

• Green anise : it completes this formula by bringing a touch of freshness.

Verbena* (Lippia citriodora); marjoram* (Origanum majorana); green anise* (Pimpinella anisum) * ingredient from organic farming

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 3 cups a day.
