This infusion combines:

Ingredients:

Menthe poivrée* (Mentha piperita) ; anis vert* (Pimpinella anisum) ; fenouil* (Foeniculum vulgare) ; camomille matricaire* (Matricaria recutita) ; genièvre* (Juniperus communis) ; réglisse* (Glycyrrhiza glabra).

Put 1 sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity. 2 cups a day.
